DIY Festive Wrapping Paper: BLOGMAS

Wrapping presents are one of the many things I love about Christmas. But if you’re bored at home and what to do a festive activity, making your own Christmas wrapping paper adds a nice festive touch to your present.

You need:
Plain-coloured wrapping paper
Scissors
Pencil
Cardboard
Paint

How to make this:
1. Get your cardboard piece and trace an outline of what you want your print design to be.
2. Now cut out the outline of your design so it’s a hole in the middle of your cardboard. It does take quite a while so I first used those knife tool things (?...) and then used a pair of thin sharp scissors which are actually fabric scissors (you should better ask if you can use them because paper isn’t very good for it haha...) to clean up the edges.
3. Choose your paint colour and then paint or sponge it onto your template which creates a nice clean cut image onto your wrapping paper.
4. Now let it dry and then you’re done!
