DIY: Wooden Jewellery Holder

Hi all! Today I have the easiest DIY to share with you all but it’s so practical and looks lovely displayed in your bedroom - a wooden jewellery holder.

I was getting annoyed by my necklaces getting all tangled in a box and I would often forget about half the jewellery bits I have as it’s just all in a tin but now not only does it look really nice but it’s so easy to pick out your jewellery for the day.

Supplies:
 hammer
 x1 large nail
 x1 small nail
 wood glue
 25.5cm long wooden stick
 27cm long wooden stick
 17.5cm long wooden plank

Firstly, take your 27cm wooden stick and glue to the centre of the plank, which will be your base. Wait for it to dry a bit before you hammer the large nail into the base and stick (nail will be on the underside of the base), connecting the two pieces together. Then glue the top of the stick onto the middle of the 25.5cm wooden stick and hammer in a small nail to connect the two. Get someone to help you hold the wood or hammer!

This is so simple but perfect to hang all your favourite pieces of jewellery.
