A Talk about Tea


I love tea. It’s how I start off the day, it’s what I drink when I’m stressed, tired, cold, or all three. Here is a list of my favourite teas to sip at morning, afternoon and night.

MORNING

- english breakfast tea
- chai tea
- matcha tea
- green tea

AFTERNOON

- green and rose tea (best one is from T2!)
- raspberry tea
- strawberries & cream tea
- chocolate & mint tea
- white rose tea

NIGHT

- peppermint tea
- lemon & ginger tea (especially good for a sore throat)
- chamomile tea
- lemon tea
