Little Ways To Have A Happier Day


Bake treats
Although it is not always successful, I like to bake delicious treats to munch on later. I do admit that I am not the best at baking and quite like to stick to packet mix . . .

Read happy quotes
I personally love reading happy quotes. They honestly just make me so happy. I literally have quotes everywhere - on my laptop screen, I have a cute little line of quotes hanging in a line and I love reading inspiring blogs.

Eat comfort food
Comfort food is always a GREAT option if youve had a bad day. 

Take a bath
Nothing is more relaxing than at the end of the day taking a nice long bath.

Hang out with your friends
Friends are always a good option to forget about any bad things happening right now. You could go to the movies, eat food (ofcourse) or go to the beach if its sunny.

Go to a café
I absolutely love cafés because of the feel. All cosy in a nice café, eating delicious food and just relaxing.

Drink tea and read a good book
I tend to do this very often. Obviously you could drink something else but personally there is nothing better than English Breakfast Tea (with milk and sugar!). If its the winter Ill probably lounge on the sofa but in the summertime I go out into the garden in the sunshine.

Laugh
This is pretty straightforward. Just laughing at anything really brightens up your day.

Dance freely
Dancing is something that I love to do with my friends although I do admit I am not the best at it . . .

Accomplish something
There is nothing better than accomplishing something that youre proud of!
